Training Information
The training delivery methods for the B125 will be:
1. A four-day B125 instructor-led training course. The recommended prerequisites are
completion of the Core Basics five-day course (or Core Basics Competency Exam) and 10 to 12
months of field experience.
2. A B125 Self-Pace Update CBT/WBT with a Certification Exam via Ricoh e Testing.
B010 certification will be a mandatory prerequisite for this CBT/WBT. In addition,
certification on the B047/B048 will be strongly recommended.
The training delivery methods for the B697 Printer controller will be:
1. Auto-certification for all Service Professionals who have successfully completed
the current G067 – Printer Controller RW-470 Self-Pace Training Course upon receipt and
review of the B697 — Printer Controller RW-240 Service Documentation Update Package.
The G067 Self-Pace course will be discontinued from production approximately August 1
due to method 2 below.
2. Instructor-led training as follows:
a. A two-day RW-470/RW-240 (G067/B697) course entitled Wide Format
Controller Workshop targeted for both Sales and Service Professionals.
b. A second two-day RW-470/RW-240 (G067/B697) course entitled Wide
Format Controller Technical Workshop. This course will be mandatory for
Service Professionals and optional for Sales Professionals. Attendees
must pass the Final Exam with a minimum score of 75% to achieve
certification.
These instructor-led courses will be jointly announced, administered, and conducted
by Ricoh University and Service Education.
