Deleting a Program

Limitation

❒ When a registered program is be-

ing used for a standby Memory

Transmission, the following mes-

sage appears "Specified destina-

tion is used by transmission

standby file. It cannot be changed

or deleted. Specify it again after

transmission is completed." The

program can not be deleted at this

time.

Note

❒ If you delete a program, the regis-

tered program name is also delet-

ed.

Make sure that the machine is in

Facsimile mode and the standby

display is shown.

Press [Delete].

Select the program number you

want to delete.
